This website is not medical advice
The content here is general information about mental health and our services. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Reading this site does not create a counsellor–client relationship.
In an emergency
This website is not monitored and cannot be used for urgent help. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental-health crisis support in British Columbia, call the BC Crisis Line at (604) 872-3311 or 9-8-8 for suicide crisis support.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are booked through Jane App and are subject to its own terms. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us. We may decline or end care where a service is not clinically appropriate, and will help you find a suitable referral.
Fees, cancellations and insurance
Current fees are confirmed before your first session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Direct billing depends on your insurer and your specific plan; any amount your plan does not cover remains payable by you.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to ChangeMoment Mental Health Centre or its licensors. You may read and share our articles with attribution, but you may not republish or adapt them commercially without written permission.

We link to third-party directories, insurers and support services for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
We keep this site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
